LEGACY

THE BARBER LONGEVITY SERIES

Your Career Is Physical. Train For It

Hands-on workshops designed to help barbers move better, understand the physical demands of the profession, and build habits for a longer career.

Built for the Long Game

Barbering takes more out of the body than we usually acknowledge. Hours of standing. Repetitive movements. Awkward positions. Few breaks. And years of doing it over and over again.

I learned that firsthand after years of long days behind the chair left me dealing with aching feet, swollen knees, back discomfort and cramping hands.
That experience changed the way I approached my career.

These workshops are built around one question:
How do we take better care of ourselves so we can keep taking care of everyone else?

Through movement, practical education, experimentation and conversation, we’ll explore simple ways to build a more sustainable career behind the chair.
